Matcha is suitable for the application of tea beverage (e.g. iced tea, pure tea, fruit tea,milk tea) as basic raw material or as food additive for cake,candy and chocolate etc. 1.Using a bamboo tea scooper or small spoon, place 1 1/2 to 2 teascoops of matcha into the tea bowl or cup;or, measure out a rounded 1/2 teaspoonful. Adjust the amount of matcha to your taste. 2.Add about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of hot water. amounts can be adjusted to your preference.
